Welcome to AurumRun. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AurumRun platform, including our website, applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using AurumRun, you confirm that you are of legal age and that you accept these Terms in full.
"Platform" refers to the AurumRun website, applications, and all associated services.
"User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform.
"XAUT" refers to Tether Gold, a digital asset backed by physical gold where each token represents one troy ounce of gold.
"Game" or "Games" refers to the crash game and any other games offered on the Platform.
"Bet" refers to any wager placed by a User on a Game outcome.
"Crash Point" refers to the randomly determined multiplier at which a game round ends.
"Multiplier" refers to the value by which a User's bet is multiplied if they cash out before the crash point.
"Cash Out" refers to the action of withdrawing your bet at the current multiplier before the game crashes.
"Freebet" refers to a promotional bet granted by the Platform that allows a User to place a wager without using their own funds.
"Wallet" refers to the digital account associated with a User's profile that holds their XAUT balance on the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the minimum legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction.
You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform complies with applicable laws in your location. The Platform is not available in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Each User may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in suspension or termination of all associated accounts.
The Platform accepts deposits in USDC and USDT, which are automatically converted to XAUT for use within the Platform. All balances are denominated in XAUT.
Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours for verified accounts. New accounts may be subject to a 24-hour security delay. We reserve the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals.
All cryptocurrency transactions are final and irreversible. Due to the nature of blockchain technology, there are no chargebacks or refunds on deposits. Please ensure the accuracy of all transaction details before confirming.
We reserve the right to hold withdrawals pending identity verification or compliance review. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply. Any fees associated with blockchain transactions are the responsibility of the User.
All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for reviewing your bet details before confirming. The Platform is not liable for bets placed in error.
Maximum bet amounts are limited to 1% of the current bankroll. Minimum bet amounts may also apply. These limits can be adjusted at our discretion. The Platform reserves the right to void bets that are placed in violation of these Terms or where there is evidence of manipulation.
The Platform offers an auto-cashout feature that allows Users to set a target multiplier at which their bet is automatically cashed out. Users are responsible for configuring their auto-cashout settings before placing a bet.
Freebets may be offered as promotional incentives and are subject to specific terms and conditions at the time of issuance. Freebet winnings may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
Server time is authoritative for all game-related events, including bet placement, cashout timing, and round results. Any discrepancies between client and server timestamps will be resolved in favor of the server.
In the event of a system malfunction, all pays and plays associated with the affected rounds are void.

AurumRun is committed to fair and transparent gaming. All game outcomes are determined using cryptographic algorithms that can be independently verified by Users.
Our crash game uses a provably fair system based on HMAC-SHA256 cryptographic hashing. Each game round is determined by combining a server seed, a public seed, and a nonce to produce a verifiable crash point. The house edge is approximately 2.5%.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other intellectual property on the Platform are owned by or licensed to AurumRun. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
Your use of the Platform does not grant you any ownership rights in any content, code, data, or materials you may access on or through the Platform.
AurumRun promotes responsible gambling. We encourage you to set personal limits on your deposits, bets, and playing time. Gambling should be viewed as entertainment, not as a source of income.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AurumRun disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
AurumRun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, or profits. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
AurumRun is not liable for any losses or disruptions caused by network outages, blockchain delays, platform downtime, or any other events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, government actions, or failures of third-party infrastructure.
If you have a dispute regarding any game outcome, account issue, or other matter related to the Platform, please contact our support team at support@aurumrun.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 14 business days.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or participation in a class action lawsuit. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AurumRun operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements.
Upon termination, you may request withdrawal of any remaining balance in your account, subject to identity verification and compliance review. Any pending bets at the time of termination may be voided at our discretion.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. For significant changes, we may provide additional notice through the Platform or via email.
